If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. About Dr.P Pet Clinic

Dr.P Pet Clinic is an online platform that provides:

• Pet health products including food, supplements, and medications

• Online veterinary consultation services, where licensed veterinarians assess your pet's condition and may prescribe and dispense medications directly through the platform

• Pet healthcare information and educational content

Our platform is operated as a Shopify-powered e-commerce store. Transactions, account management, and checkout are facilitated through Shopify's infrastructure and are subject to Shopify's own terms and policies in addition to ours.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 15 years of age to use this website and place orders. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3.2 Account Registration

Certain features, including order tracking and self-serve returns, require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

• All activities that occur under your account

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

4. Online Veterinary Consultation Service

4.1 Nature of the Service

Dr.P Pet Clinic provides access to licensed veterinarians who can assess your pet's condition, offer professional advice, and where appropriate, prescribe and dispense medications. This service is intended to complement, not replace, in-person veterinary care.

4.2 Limitations of Online Consultation

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Online consultations are limited in scope and cannot replicate the full diagnostic capability of an in-person examination.

• Veterinarians may decline to prescribe medication if they determine that an in-person examination is necessary for the safety of your pet.

• Our service is not suitable for emergencies. In the event of a life-threatening situation, please contact a local emergency veterinary clinic immediately.

• Diagnoses and recommendations are based solely on the information and images you provide. Accuracy of the assessment depends on the completeness of the information submitted.

4.3 Prescription Medications

Prescription medications dispensed through our platform are issued under the professional judgment of a licensed veterinarian, solely for the pet described during the consultation. These medications must not be used for any other animal or purpose. Misuse of prescription medications is prohibited and may be unlawful. We are not responsible for using our medicine that we haven't prescribed on other animals.

⚠️ Emergency Notice: Dr.P Pet Clinic is not an emergency service. If your pet is in immediate danger, experiencing severe distress, difficulty breathing, or any other life-threatening condition, please go to the nearest animal hospital immediately.

For the purchase of medications intended for specific or specialized conditions (such as cardiovascular diseases, neurological disorders, and other related conditions), prescriptions will be dispensed based on a valid referral or in accordance with the treatment plan and medication orders provided by the attending specialist.

The clinic reserves the right to supply medications strictly in line with the specialist’s recommendations. Any outcomes, complications, or issues arising from the use of such medications under specialist direction shall not be considered the responsibility of our clinic.

5. Products, Orders & Pricing

5.1 Product Accuracy

We make every effort to display product information, including descriptions, ingredients, images, and prices, as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the site are error-free. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to cancel any affected orders and issue a full refund.

5.2 Pricing & Availability

All prices are displayed in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed and may vary. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

5.3 Order Confirmation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only upon our confirmation of the order and successful payment processing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. We will contact you before cancelling your order.

5.4 Prescription Items

Medicine products on our platform are available only following a completed online veterinary consultation. Attempting to purchase prescription-only items without a valid veterinary assessment is not permitted and any such order may be cancelled without notice.

6. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Shopify's / Omise's / Paypal's payment infrastructure. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the information provided is accurate.

Dr.P Pet Clinic does not store your full payment card details. Payment data is handled by our payment processors in accordance with applicable PCI-DSS standards.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines and fees are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your location, the products ordered, and the shipping method selected. We aim to dispatch all orders within the timeframes stated on the product or checkout page.

Dr.P Pet Clinic is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs processing, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Prescription medications may be subject to additional processing time due to regulatory requirements.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on drpclinic.com — including but not limited to text, images, logos, product descriptions, consultation materials, and software — is the property of Dr.P Pet Clinic or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from this website without our express prior written permission.

You are permitted to view and print content from the website for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

9. Acceptable Use

By using our platform, you agree not to:

For online veterinary consultations, information you provide about yourself and your pet may be shared with the consulting veterinarian for the purpose of providing the service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Our platform is hosted on Shopify. Data processed through checkout, payments, and account management is also subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

11.1 No Guarantee of Outcomes

Dr.P Pet Clinic provides veterinary consultations and pet health products in good faith, but we do not guarantee any specific health outcome for your pet. Veterinary medicine involves inherent uncertainty, and results may vary.

11.2 Website Availability

We do not warrant that the website will be available at all times, free of errors, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.

11.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dr.P Pet Clinic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, products, or consultation services — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or harm to your pet resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided during a consultation.
