Dr. P is a veterinarian-led service founded by a veterinarian who graduated from Chulalongkorn University, with over 5 years of hands-on clinical and surgical experience. We provide convenient online veterinary consultations, along with carefully selected medications and supplements for pets.
While our services are primarily online, every recommendation and product selection is guided by professional veterinary knowledge and clinical experience helping pet owners make informed decisions about their pets’ care.
Are you a registered veterinary service?
Yes. Dr. P is a registered and professionally managed veterinary service specializing in cats and dogs. We provide convenient online veterinary consultations and access to veterinary medications and supplements, making professional pet care easier to access for busy pet owners across Thailand.
Can I buy prescription medications on this site?
Yes. For certain prescription or regulated medications, our veterinarian may need to review your pet’s medical history and ask a few questions before purchase. This is a quick review and does not require a full online consultation or additional consultation fee.
To help us review your request more efficiently, please provide your pet’s medical records or current medication history, if available. Once reviewed, we’ll let you know if the medication is appropriate and guide you through the next step.
What are your operating hours for online support?
We’re available daily from 08:30 AM to 06:30 PM (Thailand time) for online support and inquiries. Our team will respond as soon as possible during operating hours.
How does the Telemedicine work?
Please provide your pet’s symptoms, medical history, and relevant details for our veterinarian to review. If your pet’s condition is suitable for an online consultation, we’ll help you schedule an appointment with the veterinarian.
The consultation takes place via a LINE call at your scheduled time and lasts for the selected consultation period.
Please note that online consultations cannot replace an in-person physical examination at a veterinary clinic. As the veterinarian cannot directly examine your pet or perform diagnostic tests online, a definitive diagnosis may not always be confirmed. If your pet requires further examination or urgent care, we may recommend visiting a veterinary clinic in person.
Are your medications and pet food authentic?
Absolutely. All our medications, supplements, and prescription diets are sourced from authorized distributors and carefully stored under appropriate conditions to maintain their quality and authenticity.
How fast is your delivery?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 days, subject to product availability. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes another 1–3 days, depending on your location and the courier.
Bangkok and nearby areas may receive orders sooner.
